1.The teeth of the hard plastic zipper should be shiny,plump,no spew,no small teeth and damaged teeth.The teeth of the nylon zipper should be easy to handle,no burrs and no holes on the puller.The teeth of the metal zipper should be in good order, no break for the feet of the teeth and edge of the teeth,the surface should be smooth.
2.The zipper has bright color,no colored specks,no dirt,smooth sense of handle,good appearance,no wrinkles or twists,good biting.
3.The tapes of hard plastic zippers and metal zippers should have no breaks.The stitching of nylon zipper should have no shift,must be stitched in the central line,and there should be no jumping stitches and reversed stitching.The upperward and downward stoppers should not be crooked.
4.The adhesive tape should be in good order.The adhesive tapes have no cracking phenomina when in -35 ℃. There are no breakings for adhesive tape folding 180° for 10 times.
5.The coating of an electroplated puller should be shiny,no liftings,no serious scratching traces,the thickness of coating more than 3βm. For a painted or a plastic sprayed puller,the surface should have bright color,coating should be even and firm,no bubbles,no dead space.
6.There should be clear trade marks on the bottom side of the puller.
